Some rights are subject to legal limitations — for example, vipphp cannot erase data it is legally obligated to retain under PAGCOR or AMLC regulations.

If vipphp discovers or is notified that personal data of a person under 21 has been collected, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, the data will be deleted, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR as required. If you believe a minor may have registered using false information, please contact vipphp support immediately.
vipphp may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the vipphp platform prior to the changes taking effect.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the vipphp platform following the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of and, where applicable, consent to the updated terms.
