2.1 Age Requirement. The vipphp Platform is strictly accessible to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. 2.2 Geographic Restriction. vipphp's services are intended for players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawfully permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using vipphp does not violate any law applicable in your jurisdiction.
2.3 Registration Requirements. To create a vipphp account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, valid email address, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information should it change.
2.4 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one vipphp account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited regardless of the email address, device, or payment method used. vipphp reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any funds or bonuses associated with them.
3.1 Security of Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vipphp account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. vipphp will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact the vipphp support team immediately via the 24/7 live chat on the Platform. vipphp may temporarily freeze your account while investigating a reported security incident.
3.3 Accurate Information. You agree that all information submitted to vipphp is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including misrepresenting your age, identity, or payment details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of your account.
3.4 KYC Verification. vipphp reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. vipphp currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Instapay/PESONet transfers. Payment methods available to individual players may vary based on account verification status.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount at vipphp is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits may vary and are subject to a Player's KYC verification status and VIP tier.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by vipphp subject to completion of identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–4 business hours.
4.4 Own Funds Requirement. Players may only deposit funds that they personally own. The use of third-party payment accounts, credit cards in names other than your own, or any funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
4.5 Transaction Fees. vipphp does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank or e-wallet) may apply their own fees, for which vipphp accepts no responsibility.
Note: vipphp reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal transaction at its sole discretion, particularly where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account policy violations.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, free bet allocations, and VIP program rewards offered by vipphp are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and individual promotion terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements for individual promotions are stated in the respective promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, bonus wagering requirements at vipphp must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. Attempting to exploit bonuses through multi-accounting, coordinated play with other Players, use of automated systems, or any other method designed to gain an unfair advantage from promotional offers constitutes bonus abuse. vipphp reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from abusive bonus activity and to close the accounts involved.
5.4 Bonus Restrictions. Certain games at vipphp may contribute differently (or not at all) toward wagering requirements when played with bonus funds. Specific game contribution percentages are disclosed in individual bonus terms. vipphp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the vipphp Platform are provided by licensed and certified third-party game providers. Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in digital games are regularly tested and certified by independent testing agencies. Live dealer games are conducted by professional human dealers streamed in real time.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or transaction on the vipphp Platform, vipphp reserves the right to declare affected game rounds void and to refund the wagers placed in those rounds. Winnings generated during a verified technical malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.
6.3 Disconnection Policy. vipphp is not responsible for any losses suffered as a result of internet connectivity issues on the Player's end. It is the Player's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection during gameplay, particularly during live dealer game sessions.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the vipphp Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, user interface design, trademarks, and trade names — is the exclusive property of vipphp or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited License. vipphp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any vipphp content.
10.1 No Guarantee of Continuous Access. vipphp does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Planned and unplanned maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions may cause temporary unavailability. vipphp will endeavor to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance where possible.
10.2 Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vipphp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment — even if vipphp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 Maximum Liability. In any event, vipphp's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to vipphp during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 Termination by You. You may close your vipphp account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. Any remaining real-money balance (not derived from bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC verification.
11.2 Termination by vipphp. vipphp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; receipt of a directive from PAGCOR or another regulatory authority; failure to complete KYC verification; or prolonged account inactivity (12+ months with zero balance).
11.3 Forfeiture of Bonus Balances. In the event of account closure for breach of these Terms, all bonus balances and any winnings generated from bonus play shall be forfeited. Real money balances may also be frozen pending investigation of the breach.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable regulations issued by PAGCOR.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the vipphp Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the vipphp support team. If a resolution cannot be reached through the support process, disputes shall be referred to arbitration or the appropriate regulatory channels as required by PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
12.3 Decisions on Disputes. All decisions made by vipphp regarding gameplay disputes, account matters, and bonus-related disagreements shall be final, unless overturned through a formal PAGCOR dispute resolution process.
vipphp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of the vipphp Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
